25.8.2020 – zaostrovanje represije in novi pushbacki v BiH<\/h2>\n

Kot poro\u010dajo ljudje, zaprti v koncentracijskem tabori\u0161\u010du Postojna, so bili tisti, ki so med protestom skozi re\u0161etke komunicirali s podporniki zunaj ograje, dele\u017eni sankcij. Po pri\u010devanju so eno osebo zaprli v samico za 7 dni. Ostalim so omejili dostop do telefonov – zasegli so jim jih, v roke jih dobijo le za dve uri na dan po zajtrku, nato jih morajo vrniti. V klju\u010dnih momentih tako ljudje nimajo telefonov, da bi lahko zabele\u017eili nasilje, ki se izvaja nad njimi.<\/p>\n

Takoj za tem so tudi uradno uvedli prepoved obiskov, ki naj bi bili prej omogo\u010deni vsak dan med 14.00 in 18.00 uro. Nekaj oseb, ki jih niso spustili na obisk, se je posku\u0161alo pogovarjati z zaprtimi skozi re\u0161etke, a je komunikacijo prepre\u010dila policija. Policist je povedal, da imajo v CT nova pravila, ki beguncem prepovedujejo tovrstno komunikacijo. \u010ce teh pravil ne spo\u0161tujejo, so kaznovani.<\/p>\n

Begunci tudi poro\u010dajo, da jim dajejo velike koli\u010dine pomirjeval, zaradi \u010desar ogromno spijo in so omoti\u010dni. Omoti\u010dni in nezbrani so tudi na zasli\u0161anjih na sodi\u0161\u010du, ko morajo zagovarjati svojo pro\u0161njo po prostosti.<\/p>\n

Prej\u0161nji teden je 11 ljudi ponovno pri\u010delo z gladovno stavko. To je le ena od oblik upora, s katerimi begunci \u0161e vedno opozarjajo na svoj brezpravni polo\u017eaj. \u017dal so kanali, preko katerih bi lahko o svojem polo\u017eaju obve\u0161\u010dali javnost, \u010dedalje o\u017eji, represija nad njimi pa \u010dedalje ve\u010dja.<\/p>\n

V\u010deraj pa se je eden izmed stavkajo\u010dih oglasil kar iz Biha\u0107a. Po dveh mesecih in pol v koncentracijskem tabori\u0161\u010du ga je slovenska policija, metem ko je \u0161e gladovno stavkal, izro\u010dila hrva\u0161kim kolegom, ti pa so ga \u0161e isti dan odpeljali v BiH – seveda brez denarja in telefona. Tako je praznih rok pristal v Biha\u0107u, kjer ga niso sprejeli v prenatrpano begunsko tabori\u0161\u010de. Zaradi pomanjkanja kapacitet mnogo ljudi spi na ulici, na voljo nimajo ve\u010d niti najosnovnej\u0161e humanitarne ali zdravni\u0161ke pomo\u010di. To so razmere, ki jih soustvarja sloveska politika mno\u017ei\u010dnih izgonov, policija pa tja \u0161e naprej vra\u010da prosilce za azil in jim onemogo\u010da vse mo\u017enosti ugovora.<\/p>\n

REPORT ABOUT THE EVENTS IN THE CENTER FOR FOREIGNERS AFTER THE PROTEST on the 25.8.2020 – intensification of repression and new pushbacks to Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/h2>\n

According to people imprisoned in the concentration camp in Postojna, police took sanctions against those who communicated with the protesters through the fence. According to their testimony, one person was imprisoned in solitary confinement for 7 days. For others, police has restricted access to their phones – they confiscated them and they can only use them for two hours a day after breakfast: after, they have to return them. This means that in crucial moments people do not have phones to be able to record the violence, which is being perpetrated against them.<\/p>\n

Immediately after the protest, the Centre of Foreigners officially introduced a ban on visits, which were previously allowed every day between 2pm and 6pm. A few people who were not allowed to visit the centre tried to talk to people through bars, but the police prevented the communication. The police officer stated that the Centre for Foreigners has new rules which prohibit imprisoned people from this type of communication. If they do not follow these rules, they are punished.<\/p>\n

Refugees also report receiving large amounts of sedatives that makes them sleepy and dizzy. Consequently, they are also dizzy and unfocused at court hearings where they have to defend their request for freedom.<\/p>\n

Last week, 11 people resumed their hunger strike. This is just one form of protest with which they want to draw attention to their lawless situation. Unfortunately, the channels through which they could inform the public are getting narrower, and the repression against them is growing stronger.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, one of the protesters contacted us from Biha\u0107. After two and a half months in the concentration camp, Slovenian police handed him over to Croatian police, who immediately took him to BiH – without money or telephone, of course. He landed empty-handed in Biha\u0107, where he was not admitted to the overcrowded refugee camp. Due to lack of capacity, many people sleep on the streets, and even the most basic humanitarian or medical assistance is no longer available. This is the situation co-created by the Slovenian policy of mass expulsions, and the police continues to return asylum seekers to BiH, preventing them from any possibility of appeal.<\/p>\n
